Time flies by !

I couldnt believe when i logged into my blog and realized that almost 3 months had passed since my last entry ! wow ! time flies by when you are having fun eh? The truth is that my full time job is getting in the way of my life! Dont you feel that way? I am such an organized, clean freak in my home and life and all of a sudden i am being over taken by dust bunnies and dirty dishes in the sink !

Dont get me wrong I LOVE my new job! But after working from home for so many years, finding a new groove is definately taking some adjusting for me. I am really having to let things go, and i am not good at that at all! I have to realize if i leave the house in the morning and the couch pillows arent lined up in the right order, that its ok.I have to learn that if i leave a dirty cereal bowl in the kitchen sink, it will still be there when I get home at night waiting for me. I have to learn that its ok to leave a wet towel hanging over the bathroom door and amazingly when i get home, it will be nice and dry to throw in the hamper!

I also realize that sundays are prime time to get EVERYTHING done! I make sure all the laundry is done, all the groceries are bought and put away for fast and easy dinners and lunches and that the house is clean and ready for the week ahead. Which means we only really have one day off ! If i ever become Prime Minister of this country i will grant all full time employees 3 day weekends! one day to do house crapola and 2 days to have fun with family and friends. Get your ballots ready !
