The weatherman told me this morning that Saturday is calling for a high of 11'. what? its the second week of January! I think Mo nature is very, very confused !
On the plus side, its so nice outside i have gotten in an outdoor walk each day, and as long as the rain holds off i will keep it up until next week! Sorry elliptical you will have to take a break for a few days.
This warm weather is not good for us. Its flu and bug season and we need freezing, below freezing temperatures to kill the germs! When the weather is this warm the bugs grow and grow ! and we all end up sick and sicker ! So many people around me have the stomach bug right now, and i am paranoid of getting it ! I hate to be sick ! some who know me would probably classify me as a slight germaphobe............its true i do have purell in my purse and in my cup holder of my car. Its true i do love winter so that we can wear gloves when opening store doors & pushing buggies in stores. Its true I do run away from anyone who coughs near me. Its true i do wear my scarf over my face when i sit in the doctors waiting room. Its true I do Lysol my house down almost daily.........................ooooh i guess i might be more than slightly a germaphobe? hmmmmmm
Well better to be safe than sorry! right? isn't that what our moms taught us when we were kids? they sure did and they also taught us to always wear clean underwear when we leave the house . So check on both of those for me, i was a good listener! LOL
Well may you all stay germ and flu free and may you all enjoy the warmth for the next 3 days and then get ready for some cold, i ordered it from Mo Nature and she better deliver !
