Happy Friday before Christmas !

Well here it is...........the last weekend before Christmas! I still have so much to do! I have gifts to buy, i have baking to do ! (ha ha! not going to happen), i have chocolates to make, i have some grocery shopping to do, i have some cards to finish writing out, i still have some wrapping to do ..........wow that is alot of stuff to do, and get it alldone before Wednesday might be a feat!

I am writing out some cards to some of the people i work with but not to every single person in my office. Is that wrong? I just dont talk to everyone as much as i talk to others. I feel like i am in grade 2 again and I am writing out valenties, do i give one to every kid? NOPE! I am only going to give them to the people who i think would appreciate them and who i share the best relationship with. I hope the etiquette lady isnt reading my blog!

Speaking of cards! I made the mistake of buying pretty cards with glitter gallore! why do cards have to have so much glitter? I am completely covered with glitter all over my dress pants and I am imagining the recipient opening the card, and cursing me and my pretty glitter cards when it rains all over their pants or kitchen floor! and the best part? it will be there in May and June too ! it seems to reappear for months afterwards. ha ha!

I had the pleasure of going into a friends home yesterday who has the most amazing Christmas decor in her home. Her mantle didnt have one bare spot on it, and was filled with the most wonderful ornaments, deer, santas. Everything was so grandeur. Her hutch in the foyer was just as full and just as beautiful. I am still daydreaming about it in my mind. It was lovely. I left with decorating envy!

There is lots going on this weekend, and the weatherman is being nasty and saying it will be snowy and freezing rain,so lets hope he is wrong and the weather is wonderful! Merry Chrsimtas to you all!
